The Dongnae branch in central Busan is in a busy district close to lots of shopping and bath houses. Dongnae is the flagship branch of our schools, with the largest number of students and a dedicated team of employees. If you would like more information about the branch, or would like to contact some teachers currently working there, we will be happy to give you their contacts.

Welcome to CDI Dongnae!
I came to CDI Dongnae in November 2006 with the plan to stay a year. With some teaching experience in 3 other countries, I felt comfortable coming to CDI. I was initially pleased that training was given and that there was support for incoming instructors such as myself. I liked having a strong curriculum that was reputable for educating and not just entertaining. I also liked working for a professional company with a sound history.
Now, I think back over the past two years to company dinners, wine parties, hiking trips, singing rooms, nightlife, and dozens of weekend trips where I’ve not only been able to enjoy teaching but also enjoy spending time with the different people who work for Dongnae CDI. It’s no wonder to me why I like it here so much and I will start my third year in November. While I have had a couple of stressful months I don’t think I would have been able to find a better fit than CDI.

Greetings from the Dongnae neighborhood of Busan, South Korea!
My name is Tim Lee and I’m the Head Trainer at Injung Education. I’m also the Faculty Manager/Head Instructor here at CDI Dongnae. I have been in Korea and with CDI for three years now and I recently signed on for a fourth year. There have been many good times and there have been many challenges to overcome, but overall CDI has been an amazing company to work for. I came to Korea with mixed emotions. I was nervous, scared, and excited all at the same time. My fears and anxieties were completely wiped away when I met the CDI staff. I’ve been fortunate enough to work with some fantastic people. The CDI culture is very family oriented and purpose driven. CDI employs true professionals who have a passion to teach English.
CDI educates some of the brightest young minds in Korea. As a teacher, I feel privileged to have played a part in their future and the future of Korea. I have learned as much from my students as I have taught them.
Working at CDI has been quite an experience. I have no regrets in my decision to come to CDI and work for the leading English institution in Korea.
